Refund policy

At Jackson Birch, our goal is to ensure you feel confident when shopping with us. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we provide a clear and customer-friendly return process in order to protect our customers and brand standards.


1. Return Eligibility Window

You may request a return or exchange within 25 days from the date your package shows as delivered.
After this timeframe, we are unable to accept return requests.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and not washed

  • Returned with all original packaging and product tags

  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)


2. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Please use a trackable shipping service, as Jackson Birch is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.


3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email our support team at sales@jacksonbirch.com and request a return authorization.

  2. Repack the item securely with its tags and original packaging.

  3. Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team.

    • Keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is finalized.


4. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for both defective and non-defective items.
If you want a different size, color, or product, please include this information when you email us to begin the return process.


5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Contact sales@jacksonbirch.com

  • Attach your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will correct the problem promptly, and you will not be responsible for return shipping in these situations.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not been shipped yet.
Email us as soon as possible at sales@jacksonbirch.com to request a cancellation.

If the order has already left our facility, it will need to be processed as a standard return once delivered.


7. Refunds

Once your returned item arrives and is inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 4 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

  • Your bank or card provider may require extra time to post the refund.

If more than 7 business days have passed since your return was marked as delivered and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
