1. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) begin processing the same business day.
Orders submitted after 3:00 PM CST, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
2. Processing Time
Before an order ships, it must go through our processing system.

Processing time does not include weekends or federal holidays.
3. Shipping & Transit Time
Once processed, your order is passed to our shipping partners.

This timeframe begins after the order leaves our facility.
4. Total Delivery Estimate
From the moment you place an order:
Estimated Arrival Window: 6–10 business days
(Processing time + transit time)
Please note that business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays.
5. Shipping Cost
Shipping within the United States is a flat, simple rate:

Standard Tracked Delivery: $5.99 per order
The shipping cost remains the same regardless of order size or weight.
6. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use reputable U.S. carriers to deliver orders securely. These may include:

The carrier used will depend on your delivery location and service availability at the time of shipment.
When your package ships, we will send you an email containing a tracking number so you can follow its progress until it arrives.
7. Shipping Area (U.S. Only)
Jackson Birch currently ships only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered at checkout and the package is returned to us:

10. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package shows “Delivered” in the carrier’s tracking system, we are unable to replace or refund orders marked as delivered.
If your package is lost in transit (never shows as delivered), contact us and we will assist with a resolution.
