Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding our shipping options and hope to offer international delivery in the future.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at sales@jacksonbirch.com as soon as possible. We can modify the address if your order hasn't been processed yet. Once shipped, address changes must be handled through the carrier.
First, check with neighbors or household members, and look around your delivery location. Carriers sometimes leave packages in safe spots. If you still can't locate it, contact us at sales@jacksonbirch.com within 48 hours and we'll help resolve the issue.
You have 25 days from delivery to return items for a refund. Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We process exchanges as a return and new order. Simply return your original item following our return process, and place a new order for your preferred size or color. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Orders can be cancelled if they haven't been processed yet. Contact us at sales@jacksonbirch.com immediately after placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it following our standard return policy.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 4 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
